Introduction
In the first movie of the trilogy, Hiccup learns he has dragon blood within him and must train his son to do the same. He comes across several dragons while doing this and eventually meets Toothless who becomes their bond animal.
The Little Mermaid

In the opening scene of The Little Mermaid, we meet our titular character as she sits on an empty beach listening to music. A voice-over says that if you listen hard enough, you can make it out what they are saying.
The song she is listening to is not really a song per se but more like a tone or a sound effect. It’s kind of catchy and hypnotic. Before she knows it, she has got up and left her home to find herself in a foreign land with no money and few belongings.
She meets a man who promises her things will get better once she gives him control over her body. When she tries to run away, he beats her up and locks her in his boat until she agrees to be his partner and wife.
Her struggle to escape this situation comes down to one thing: self-confidence. She needs to believe in herself so she can take action and learn from her mistakes.
This film teaches us about confidence. Even when there seems to be no hope, you must never give up.
Finding Dory

In this film, we follow an forgetful fish named Dory (voice of Lindsay Lohan) as she embarks to find her family. Along her journey, she meets new friends and learns about herself.
In order to win over audience attention, filmmakers must put in some effort into establishing characters and settings. More importantly, they have to give off good vibes; people will want to be like these characters and desire to spend time with them.
At first glance, it seems that directors did not take much effort to establish character relationships in Finding Dory. For example, when Dory is talking to someone for the first time, you can tell she does not like them very much. She barely listens to what they say, and when she does it sounds like there are more important things going on at the time.
This makes us feel bad for the person who was just talked to and questioned if they would invite themselves back to their friend’s house after work. It also made us question whether or not this individual would make a good friend to anyone else.
Another thing that stood out while watching Finding Dory was how similar most of the main characters were. They all had similar traits and characteristics which made them seem almost indistinguishable from each other.
The Lion King

Many people consider The Lion King to be one of the greatest animated films ever made. It is also considered by many to be one of the best movies ever released. What makes it so special is that it deals with very strong themes, has some incredible songs in the soundtrack, and features an extremely likeable main character.
The film follows the story of young cub Mufasa (James Earl Jones), who was king of the jungle and lived with his family in the Serene Savannah. He is eventually succeeded by his own son Simba (Chiwetel Ejiofor) as leader of the pride.
But when Simba is too focused on proving himself to become the next king, he alienates those around him, which are needed to help bring success to the pridelands. In fact, several members of the clan even go against him and proclaim someone else as their leader.
This creates a lot of tension between father and son, and it sometimes leads to disastrous results. However, these fights do not last long because both Simba and his loved ones need each other for stability and survival.
Simba must learn how to work together as a team if he wants to survive and succeed, but he will never get this chance unless he comes to terms with the truth about his birthright.
Despicable Me

After debuting in 2010 with The Gruyère Testimonial, an animated movie about a gruff cheese salesman who has to fight his way out of debt after being tricked into buying too much merchandise at Christmas, we got our first look at what would become one of the most successful film franchises ever in 2017’s Minions.
Written by British comedy duo Jon Squire and Alexis Hegge, the movie follows a villain named Gene (voiced by Danny McBride) and his team of minions as they take over the world and make it their own.
Their biggest challenge? Figuring out how to deal with each other! Luckily for them, there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to friendship.
The BFG

After his parents are accidentally slain by a rampaging monster, young William goes into hiding with his grandfather in an abandoned mineshaft. There he meets two other kids of color who also need help to understand their place in society.
While exploring the caves they come across a pack of what appear to be friendly giants. But these giants have teeth! And they’re not happy about being hunted either.
The boys try to make small talk but that quickly turns into a battle of wits as the giants taunt them and threaten them. It is at this moment when one giant says “I will eat you next,” that William comes up with an idea. He calls upon his imagination to create something very powerful - his toy dragon.
He pretends to take out his little friend on an adventure before tucking it away for later. When he brings it back out, however, it’s transformed - it’s now a fully-functioning fire breathing robot. And it has a new mission - to save the world!
With its newfound powers, the dragon blasts through several layers of rock to reach the monsters. Once there though, it gets distracted trying to figure out which ones belong to humans and which ones to consume.
It takes some time but eventually the robots win the day, saving not only the children from certain doom but also giving the teens inspiration to pursue more creative careers.
The Lego Movie

In The Lego Movie, we are treated to an incredible story that has everything you want in a movie! An engaging plot with twists and turns, witty banter, and some pretty powerful scenes. This is definitely one of the top animated films of all time.
The film follows Em (Chris Pratt), who works at a waste management company and dreams of one day being able to save the world by recycling. He has a hard time doing his job when he finds himself having to deal with weird and crazy situations involving Legos. Em’s co-workers include other characters such as Mr. Waternoose (Jason Bateman) - the head of the janitorial department; Chief O’Hara (Naomie Harris) -the Deputy Director of Operations; and Vitruvius (Troy Garity)-a famous architect.
It seems like there is never a break from work for these guys, they always have projects going on. Luckily, Em is not alone, he has built up a team of friends and colleagues who help him out around the office. His best friend is Lucy (Jennifer Lawrence) who helps keep him grounded and motivated, and Peter (Will Arnett) and Benny (Charlie Day) - two geeks who try to inspire Em to do more than recycle.
When the president declares war on happiness, Em must find out what it takes to bring out the true hero within us, while working with others to achieve their goals.
