She simply lists it as “$20 million or more annually” which many assume means she gets $2 million per film but she actually earns slightly less than that. Another common mistake is thinking that since someone has been nominated for an Academy Award they must be making a high wage. That person may have received a nomination years ago before their current run so it doesn’t tell us anything about their present earning potential.
