2) Check the Disney website

On the main page, under the Theme Park Tours section, you will see an option called “Select Tour Dates”. Click that button to bring up the drop down menu.
You can then choose whether it's one day, two days, three days or more than five days at either Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. You also have the choice to buy All-Day Passes, One Day Admission with Extra Attractions, Two Day Admission With Extra Attraction, Three Day Admission Or Annual Ticket!

For example, if you want to visit Toy Story Land, you will need to have an Annual Passport (which is more expensive than a Day Ticket), buy additional day Theme Park Admission Tickets, and then add Onsite Guest Parking to complete your ticket package.
If you only wanted to visit Magic Kingdom, you would just need a One Day Park Ticket. You do not need an Annual Passport to enter!
These fees also include some Dining Options that require advance planning. For instance, visiting Animal Kingdoms requires advanced notice of 30 days and booking dinner reservations at The Hoop Dee Rollers is limited to 14 days.

If you are planning to visit either event, then make sure to plan your visits correctly by looking at opening times, closing times, and peak and non-peak seasons.
