Walter White is an average man who decided to make his life more complicated by breaking the law, buying illegal substances, and transforming into Heisenberg, one of the most famous drug dealers in history.
The show follows him as he deals with this new identity while also trying to put his past mistakes behind him.
Walter’s actions eventually catch up to him when DEA Agent Hank Schrader (Jamey Sheridan) discovers his secret and vows to bring him down at all costs.
While there are no direct references to religion throughout the series, several characters refer to God or Jesus and some scenes include religious symbolism that can be interpreted as such. These references add depth to the show and help develop the characters.
Modern Family
One of the most popular sitcoms of our time is definitely “Modern Family”. It has five main characters, all of which are very interesting. The show follows three married couples with a child in each one.
The families in the movie have lots of arguments and issues, but what makes the show special is that it is totally realistic. All of the scenes feel authentic and true to life.
There are many instances where something happens in the storyline and it feels like you would do or say the same thing if this happened to your family. This gives the viewer so much inspiration because they can relate to the situations and people involved.
Another important part of the show is its humor. Many viewers laugh at how funny some parts are, especially when the parents try hard to get their children to agree.
One Tree Hill
If you are reading this article, then one of your favorite shows is already known to have ended. Many people mourned the show’s final season because they loved it so much. While some may argue about whether or not the series reached its conclusion properly, one thing is for sure; the fans were extremely invested in the characters.
Just like with any show that ends, there will be rumors and speculation surrounding what happens next for the cast members. Some believe that they will simply move onto their next project while others feel really passionate about their character and want to see them succeed in whatever endeavor comes after The Iylia Group.
Whatever your opinion may be, one fact remains clear; none of these things matter unless you have watched at least the first two seasons of the show.
If you have never seen an episode of One Tree Hills, then why would anyone care if the staff moves on to other projects or not? You should give yourself a night to watch the show by buying all the DVD sets or streaming it via Netflix or Hulu.
There is no need to invest in expensive merchandise since nothing can prove that these actors will still be working even six months down the road.
Sex and the City
I will never get tired of watching this show! Not only is it funny, engaging, and dramatic, but it also always brings something new to the table in terms of sex positivity or kinky concepts.
The characters are very diverse as well - we have strong women, weak women, rich people, poor people, you name it! And there’s nothing like watching two smart, successful individuals having an intimate conversation full of sexual tension and then letting all that passion explode into action.
And what I love about this show is how open-minded it is. The writers didn’t shy away from exploring different kinks and sexuality types, making it clear that everyone is entitled to their own body and desires.
30 Rock
In early seasons of The Office, there was an ongoing joke about how the staff at the paper company they worked for would never see a real movie. They would always watch TV instead. This made sense because most of the episodes were already pre-made sitcoms or dramas that involved lots of talking.
In season five, however, the writers took this one step further and introduced the concept of a “real” movie.
The episode titled “Movie Movie” had Dwight buying a VHS tape at Walmart called How to Make Friends. On the back cover, it said, “This is a very important friendship lesson!”
Dwight then proceeds to make fun of the poor quality of the film while also making crude jokes with other people in the store. He even makes fun of the friendliness of the employees by saying, “I wonder if anyone here wants to be friends with me?”
At the end of the movie, everyone claps for several minutes and says encouraging things like, “Wow, he totally has issues!” and “He needs help.”
After the movie, Pam calls him a loser and tells him she will not let him buy her coffee ever again. Then she gets into his car and kisses him passionately.
That night, though, after work, Angela asks what happened and he says it was just a bad day.
True Blood
While many people enjoy watching TV shows for their action, stories, and comedy, some like to spend time exploring different themes and issues. An example of this is HBO’s hit show The Sopranos. Themes include family relationships, money, power, and more. During its six-season run it attracted both praise and criticism, but it will always be remembered as one of television’s greatest achievements.
The term ‘television’ was first coined in 1928 when radio broadcast pioneer Philo Farnsworth said that his device would make things seem closer together. He called it televisium (Latin for ‘the perception of closeness’).
In 1941 Canadian Drury Snedden used the term télévision to describe what we now know as television. It comes from the French word télérésence, which means ‘tele presence’ or ‘seeming close by’.

It’s not just because of the pretty costumes either! The show deals with difficult topics such as racism, homophobia, misogyny, and capitalism.
